The Maybourne Saint-Germain
Scheduled to open in 2027, The Maybourne Saint-Germain will bring a palace-style hotel and 23 residences to Paris’ iconic Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Set within the 17th-century Îlot Saint-Germain on the Rive Gauche, this landmark project will weave together avant-garde Parisian chic with heritage and artistic flair. The residences, envisioned by renowned designers Pierre-Yves Rochon and Laura Gonzalez, will offer exclusive access to a private 25-metre pool and the hotel’s stunning rooftop pool. Residents will also have access to Surrenne, Maybourne’s pioneering wellness and longevity club and spa, offering immersive experiences in health, fitness, and beauty.
