We are seeking an exceptional Brand Marketing Manager to join the Maybourne's Marketing team.

Brand Marketing Manager plays a key role in the marketing department providing a range of project management and creative skills thereby helping the team to effectively manage and build Maybourne’s brands.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As a Brand Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • To be a brand guardian for all of Maybourne’s brands.
  • To manage shoots independently as well as leading on the distribution of final assets.
  • To assist with larger lifestyle shoot and brand films
  • To write comprehensive creative briefs and manage brand creation projects through to completion including product roll out/print management.
  • To design pieces of collateral as required.
  • To manage brand marketing projects with third party agencies.
  • To brief copywriters on required copy needs, evaluate and supply to necessary parties.
  • To provide administrative and project management support on large brand projects with the Director of Brand Marketing.
  • To work with the Digital Marketing team to supply content for the website, paid advertising and relevant applications.
  • To be fully conversant with your departmental standards.

Entry Requirements

Successful candidates for our Brand Marketing Manager opportunity will:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, membership management, or a similar role within the luxury hospitality or service industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
