We are seeking an exceptional Maintenance Technician to join the Claridge’s team.

At the centre of London’s Mayfair, Claridge’s is a unique combination of splendour and charm, renowned for its impeccable, intuitive service. It also has a famous all-day dining restaurant, the Foyer & Reading Room, and two bars: Claridge’s Bar and the intimate Fumoir.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for:

  • Providing full support to the Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer and Technical Supervisor to create renowned memorable experiences for our guests.
  • To carry out Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance tasks as required; including plumbing, painting & decorating, carpentry, minor electrical and mechanical engineering service repairs to maintain safe and efficient systems.
  • Maintaining safe and efficient systems at all times.

Successful candidates for our Maintenance Technician opportunity will:

  • Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories.
  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer care skills, and show ability to deal with high profile clients in a professional manner
  • Be able to work in a busy environment, and be adaptable and flexible at all times
  • Demonstrate high level of electrical and general maintenance knowledge, including maintaining plant rooms, boilers, air handling units and air conditioning units.
